    In Trump's first term, Republicans were still interested in sufficient democracy to win elections. They catered to their voters because they had to win re-election.

    Republicans & their billionaires feel voters, of all political parties, are now "surplus to needs" and don't have to curry favor with voters.

    They don't plan on have free & fair elections in the future.

    America is an oligarchy.
