Yes, any general tool would have to be a rough approximation at best. I imagine someone •could• ask for just annual driving mileage, est. gas mileage, and new EV manufacturing figures, and give a pretty reasonable best guess for •just• the carbon impact over time. If it's dollars and not CO2 that's the question, though…whew.
