@Turkleton Most of this can be can be prevented with the right tools. Kids for example absolutely shouldn't see it, big agree. Its why my kids getting the fischer price version of the browser, no way he's getting around it. As for Adults, well, im all for a free internet staying free personally, I dont know if banning it will make them stop, i mean look at what happened when we banned alcohol. We fucking filled missles with booze and fired them at beaches, had covert gangsters go and pick up the supply drops. We had speak easys in bars, secret drinking areas, etc. The adults who goon all day need help for sure, but they have to want the change themselves.
