He's making decisions that could damage the ecosystem, so some people prefer to be cautious as they don't want to be caught with a service the founder doesn't like. But honestly, I am on wp.com and I don't give af because I can always migrate away to another provider it I want to. Right now, far too many CMS are too expensive and too proprietary for me. @tarheel @dansinker
