    im going to field a guess that this is
    "the same lol-vpn redteamers have been doing using domain fronting for years" but they packaged it up as "a new protocol", and will get away with it, because the people who see the nordvpn ads on youtube abjectly refuse to learn stuff about computers and believe anything they see in ads
