There is a wooden plank walkway above, a stack of poles leaning up at an angle in the middle distance, and a light on the wooden wall. The scaffolding comes down so low that it's difficult to see how one would get through to the steps at the end that descend to a lower street level. In the dim shadows about ten feet away a man can be seen standing on the right, looking at his phone.
