Felt like doing a #vttourney2024 retrospective since this one had quite a few twists and turns.

1. The rise of Phase - Being a PC girl was an almost instant win button

2. The massive collapse of JP chubbas - the English bias was very stronk this year save 2 rather notable exceptions (Marine and Fubuki)

3. Fubuki the sleeper hit - Fubuki being lemon whore was probably the biggest surprise of the tourney

4. Niji's continued decline - Niji can't win shit, and being associated with them was a shortcut to loss

5. There are more clown pussy enjoyers on Fedi than I anticipated

6. Holosimps - HL seems to have sunk their teeth in, but HL didn't seem to get much cross-platform support. Perhaps spread too thin?

7. The Bau's - elephant in the room. Are they two? One? who knows.

8. Mint's rally - Probably the most surprising Indie in the whole tourney

9. The age of 30 is in demand? - older chubbas had a good showing this year

10. I was fucking right about Panko.
