If illegals hiding removes 60% of consumers from businesses, then 60% of the population are illegals. If the official population (legals) number is say 300 mill and this is only 40% of the total this would mean 450 mill illegals. That's a LOT of illegals.

Of course some areas and some types of businesses are hit harder - and these are the examples we see. But we're still talking about ~1-200 million illegals.
