I'll agree on this one. I'm not sure to what extend this will get blocked, but the article states it shouldn't affect any direct-to-person payments. And this should be under the entire control of the executive (unlike that stupid naturalization stunt, which isn't under executive control, but legislative control, per the constitution).

I'm curious how much money this will really stop though. I doubt it's as dramatic as it's made out to be. I also don't want to see that money flow to Israel or Ukraine, which still seems likely.
