You see you have a bunch of young sand-niggers, who want to act like nigger-niggers, making food for a world-class palette.
A man who not only mastered his craft, but respects it as well.
You can't have these lazy copycats who essentially go through the motions and don't actually know what they're doing. They were "trained to cook" in the same way my child "trained to paint" using a color by numbers book.
They don't actually know what they're doing, they're just trying to replicate the same motions they saw other people doing. Therefore there's zero patience, passion, or tradecraft being applied. They can't comprehend things like "this oven has a hotspot in the rear right so I won't put this delicate meat under there as it'll be cooked uneven" or "these vegetables are extra ripe therefore I'll cook them at a slightly lower temperature so they aren't soggy" etc.
