Philip Weiss (Phil in SF)I'm watching Jackie Brown on one of GoogleTV's FAST channels. It's very much like watching minor cable channels back in the day. No skipping ads. Swear words bleeped. You don't get to pick when you want to start the movie or pause it.
But the picture is so much better than watching on old TVs. And Jackie Brown was made before Hollywood collectively decided that dialogue should be impossible to understand and everything should should be so dark it's impossible to see anything.
