djsumdogI read it and my point in this stands. Even if the 14th were up for debate, it wouldn't be taken by the courts. The EO will get struck down simply because the exceeds the authority of the executive. The constitution clearly grants that power to congress. The 14th ambiguity would only be solved if congress passed this as a law.
