Anyhow, most if not all fairy tale stories...you know how it goes. Japanese stories were no exception, even Kaguya-hime, the moon princess (a bit like Turandot but in the end Kaguya was also powerless before patriarchy).

I found my heroes in Jules Verne and sci-fi. My dream job when I grow up was an astronaut. But (prevalent form of) fairy tales DO color your perception of the world & values. /3
