SamuelJohnson@yogthos Most of the graduate degrees in science and engineering awarded in the US in the last 40-50 years have been to overseas students, many of whom stayed (very glad I didn't). The future prospect that matters is less who leaves but who chooses not to come. US is burning soft power hard now.
