human use of connotation and metaphor is a big part of why LLMs will never surmount the slop problem that renders them useless. you can't use an algoritim to produce meaningful material from language when every word has inconsistent meaning. I think for that reason LLMs will never be able to produce meaning. they can produce only sloppy garbage. I am sick of them, and I cant wait for the bubble to burst and for those who are going to lose their money to it to come to their senses.
