May Likes Toronto@alcinnz Thanks for your comment, but I disagree. Even Meta's Messenger has an end to end encryption option. If you're on an instance with a malicious admin, they can (in theory) read everything.
There's no option for privacy unless you self host, and that's not the target audience for a post like this.
