Mastodon, Bluski don't have algorithmic feeds. You have to follow people and view either your main follower list or curated lists and the posts & reposts from the accounts in those lists.

If you're still on x-fka-twitter, facebook, instgram, meta You can and should do the same thing. Curate lists of interesting accounts. Only ever use the list and following feeds. Never look at the main algorithmic feed.
