@coolboymew @zaitcev I don't agree with the concept of stochastic terror because every single mass media message has a stochastic effect on a tiny amount of impressionable people. It just isn't a good method of categorization. Bananas have potassium in them, if billions of people on Earth eat bananas, a nonzero number of them will get enough radiation to tip them into getting cancer. That is just reality.
