Here, I'll give you the way out of the "was that a Hitler salute" discourse:

Elon Musk is a pro-apartheid white supremacist with a belief in inherent genetic superiority of white people, and in the superior IQ of elites such as himself within white males. His 12 officially recognised children are the tip of the iceberg: he's an enthusiastic sperm donor, fantasises of a clan of his genius spawn saving the Earth, and regularly boosts eugenicist pseudoscience and "pro-natalism" movement--a tendency that wanta to get Christians to breed as much as they can, to secure the existence of his people and a future for white children.

You are worried about whether Elon Musk, who's been X-liking and re-X'ing literal out-and-proud Nazis for a while, really intended this as a Nazi salute. Because if he did, that would mean a fascist with enormous power who would want to enact racial supremacy measures.

I'll tell you now: For a long time it has been clear that Elon Musk will, absolutely, unambiguously, undeniably jump at any opportunity to advance the genocide of any non-white people. Things like arming extermination squads (e.g. IDF), concentration camps (e.g. ICE), legalised murder (e.g. racial profiling), and forced sterilisation (à la Canada) are very much on the table. If anything, gas chambers are more firmly on the table right now than when they were at the start of Nazi rule. By the way there's already an USA-backed ethnic extermination massacre underway.
