    Yesterday someone gave me an ingredient I don't usually use for cooking (citric fruits). I knew it came from the other side of the world and it might have more uses than the ones I've seen around here.
    I wrote a post here before going to bed, like dropping a bottle to the sea. When I woke up today, I had a lot of ideas and recipes from different countries. I love this social network. Thank you, Mastodon 😊❤️

      I have 1-2 kg of #calamansi / #calamondin . It's a sour little orange originated in Philippines and cultivated in Mexico (mines comes from a neighbor's backyard). I had them in beverages but I've been told they're used in south Asian cuisine. Someone here has a #Recipe using them? Edit: Thank you for all the ideas and recipes. I love to try new flavors and I will make some of them. Have a nice Sunday 😊
