    Trying out a 100% whole wheat sourdough sandwich loaf this morning. Got it all shaped and doing it's final proof before baking. My regular sourdough loaf has to cold ferment in the fridge all day and I'll bake that this evening. One of these days I'll get my baking schedules right 😅
