Silicon Valley has created a monoculture of mostly-white-guys unable to think differently than "build an app-advertise it-get traction-get VC money-repeat" , being funded by mostly-white-guys who are very afraid that they start to think differently.

It’s very tough to get out of that bubble. When you are in it, it feels great. You are the king of the world. You feel important talking to people walking from their private jet.

But it’s a trap.

I’m really glad that @Gargron escaped that trap.
