Considering Fediverse instances are fragile and sometimes down or misconfigured I think each dns entry at https://n4no.org should store the status for the instance , the user and the post.

Entries pointing to a non responsive instance should have a grace period. Only when server is fine and post or user is removed then it’s safe to remove the entry.
