@rustoleumlove Well that's obvious. I'm referring to the fact that Chicago drivers won't stand for it and unless they install more cameras than the city could ever afford with even with speed camera fines, the new limits will be just another law we pretend means something while ignoring it.

I don't disagree with speed limits. But they are the biggest lies we've ever pretended to believe.
