    @psychicparrot42 I might be way off but I always got the impression that with consoles (perhaps apart from Xbox especially during the XBLA heyday) you're either an insider or an outsider, and transitioning to the insider track is very hard unless you know the right folks or meet them at an event or something. The default seems to be "no". As an open source engine dev in the 00's before OSS was normalised they didn't want anything to do with me
