This morning's Samaritan group was an all women's group from the Tucson Samaritans. As usual, they brought hot water and instant hot cocoa, coffee and soup cups for anyone who wanted it.
When the Border Patrol arrived, they helped organize people to make the loading process go smoothly.
Then they went through the tents, folded the blankets, cleaned up camp, took stock of what provisions were needed. One or other of these groups does this at least once a day, sometimes twice.
