Once Border Patrol took them away, the ten Mexicans from last night came back to the fence to ask for more food. The Samaritans were in the process of handing them food through the fence when a Border Patrol truck drove by.

The agent just drove by, unconcerned with the migrants (who are obviously not asylum seekers and intend to cross illegally at some point), nor with the Samaritans handing them food across the fence.
