Fort Wayne, Ind.—Deshawn Marquis Spencer, 34, was arrested and charged with r—pe, promotion of child s—xual trafficking, child exploitation, strangulation and cruelty to an animal.

Spencer is accused of r—ping a 16-year-old girl after picking her up from a foster home and trafficking her to perform s—x acts with at least 12 men.
