But Biden’s Justice Department sure doesn’t tell the courts that we’re no longer at war when it argues to retain War on Terror authorities. Meanwhile, Ken Klippenstein recently tallied 226 days out of the past 365 that U.S. forces took part in some variety of combat engagement.
