tentative existence@inthehands Another yes to the whole thread. The time I spend with music has so much going on that has nothing to do with entertaining anyone else. I love to spend time with a piece I'm learning and stop right in the middle and really think about how things work, what's going on in the structure of the music, then going back to playing while trying to stay connected to whatever new awareness I've managed - it's one of the best things I do for myself.
