Last night's dinner woes: I was all set to eat the pasta salad I made last night. I cooked chicken thighs in the rice cooker and rotini pasta in the instant pot. Shredded the chicken used an onion and pepper blend, chopped up 2 pounds of roma tomatoes... And the caesar dressing was nowhere to be found. It was in my grocery order. I remember putting it away. But in the fridge were two nearly empty bottles of salad dressing. And my bottle of dressing was just gone. So I have two containers of pasta salad sitting in the fridge. And my dressing will be arriving in my Amazon Fresh order later this morning. Last night's dinner ended up being the last of the fish stew I made a few days ago instead.
