The people who live outside of the city limits in the mountains who still don't access to water will haul their own water. Guy I work with doesn't have access to city water so he has a 500gallon tank he fills up 2 times a week.

He can go directly to the water dept and get 300gallons for $1.

His water bill is $8/mo (plus cost of hauling it). Mine is $55. :zoningout: I feel jipped
