Vyvyan Basterdprobably a fringe opinion but no discussion of "fixing" costs in the US healthcare calamity is valid w/o first addressing that we need to comprehensively favor prevention over treatment. There's money in getting sick, and very little in being healthy. Starve the beast - go for a walk!
