@tychotithonus Yeah, good luck getting elderly users onboard with using a Yubikey and password management apps and in some cases, setting up SMS based 2FA creates more problems than it solves. I count myself lucky if I can get them to tape their post-it passwords down so they don't fall off their monitors and fall behind the death.

Trying to deal with the mental capacities of 80+ year olds isn't easy. Whole nother world and it doesn't remotely resemble best practices.
