I have been turned down by the State and they told me it was because they where looking for brown women and maybe if I reapplied.
During the ftf interview portion all 5 of the board member where women and or brown. Not one White male in a 93 percent WM saturated profession. I suppose they where looking , at the time, to change those numbers.
