Jope@batteman @codewiz it's too common for ffs to corrupt itself after a crash in a way that its disk-validator can no longer fix it on its own. 3.2 ships with a rewritten diskdoctor, which might be useful. I've been a pfs believer since pfs2, but it is not perfect either. I guess keeping backups is the universal solution. :-)
