I see Mastodon is going down that Google+ rabbit hole of "it's dead here" "it's too quiet" "there's nobody here" "the numbers are falling off".

It's truly sad to see. While yes, the counts might be down, but there are still hundreds of thousands of users here, and if you follow the right people/accounts, your timeline/feed won't be "dead" or "quiet" as you are claiming it is.

It's just really sad to see that kind of negativity get spread across the #Fediverse
