MoiraEveCongressman Tom Suozzi (D-NY3) is a member of the Capitulation Caucus (it was called appeasement in an earlier time) and he wrote a Jan 1 2025 NYT OpEd piece entitled, “Let’s Try Something Different in How We Deal w/ trump”. He loses me immediately by claiming that HE KNOWS "many voters reject my party’s significant leftward shift.” What leftward shift? The dangerous lurch of the right to extremism is what’s concerning.
