Can we agree that fossil fuels are at the core of almost everything?  If you disagree, let's pause here on our object.  We good?  OK, consider the subject as the Medical Industrial Complex.  Virtually everything maps right over to the feedstock flow. Profit and degradation of the biosphere come out of this triple of "medical industrial complex"-"requires"-"fossil fuels".  Now, consider the stance that advanced medical care is the right of every human.
