@rosey @prettygood dilaudid is like opening the task manager in your mind and instantly killing all jobs that make you feel or think unpleasant things, whether they were good for you or not. poof. at least with other drugs like MDMA you can regret something or feel remorseful so you can resolve to do better, and there is a degree of discomfort involved.
