@Rasta I don't know which upstate this is referring to, but there have been a number of cases of drag queens being caught with child pornography or being arrested for child molestation across the US and UK in recent years.

Just search the web for "drag queen arrested" and you'll find a bunch of news reports:

There is no class of men who are categorically exempt from being a danger to women and children. Every class of men contains some amount of dangerous perverts. That includes drag queens and transwomen.
