On my run I was listening to an episode of “Gone Medieval” which had the topic of the life of nuns. It had me wanting to reread up on Sister Buster, “The Iron Nun” who retired from doing Iron Man races at the record age of 82. Turns out she is still doing shorter triathlons into her 90s.
