Service-toot for everyone who was at #38C3 (or recently used public transport in #Hamburg):

Apparently there currently is a virus spreading causing Tonsillitis. Should you notice symptoms like throat pain, cold-like symptoms, fever or swollen lymph nodes (among others) better go to a doctor!

A doctor told me it, more often than not, does *not* just heal on its own but gets complicated by bacterial infection. As it did for me. 😔
