Last summer, we had a group of 10-12 kids come into the library. The first time I interacted with them, they were loud, some were using inappropriate language & when we told them they were too loud, they ignored us. It was quite frustrating - no doubt about it. It quickly set a tone of being somewhat adversarial w the kids which meant everyone was on edge as soon as the kids came in the building & they were coming in almost every day -to game & have snacks.
