Last spot is a bit harder to get to, in a rougher spot. Not obviously a restaurant (looks like a Vietnamese elderly community center), barely any menu. But if you’re comfy with being in a place where no one speaks English, the banh mi is incredible and they do it with a fried egg.

Mong Thu has the best veg options. Everyone else (except Tu Kim) does a tofu version
