@Turkleton @KK954 Same. Every single time I have to speak to one of these jeets, 1) they are talking off of a prewritten script 2) they never stfu unless you tell them to, so you can get a word in. I totally hate it.
The only customer service I have spoken to that have White people answering calls is Spectrum. Also, they have the best customer service out there.
