1) Blacks are a protected class and anyone who did intervene would be arrested themselves and charged with a hate crime, and even if they win their case they will be unebloyable for life
2) Why should a man raise a hand to protect a woman, the biggest group driving the decline in their average quality of life for the last 100 years? Equality means they can protect themselves.
3) Judging by the rainbow flag in the background, I can only assume that the batista is fine with sex offenders. It would be hypocritical of her to suddenly object to sexual degeneracy just because it's directed at her.
