Relatively benign question about how people feel about multiple accounts on the fediverse:

Is it worth making a pixelfed account when you already have a mastodon account or visa-versa? It feels odd to make both as it feels like you should just pick one based on interface preference, but is there any argument for managing both or any tools that make managing both simpler?
