A friend of mine is struggling with her partner’s casual attitude to their son’s sickness. His oxygen reading was 90-92, and he still didn't let her take the child to the ER. She quickly gave him a nebulizer to bring his oxygen back to 97.

But what bullshit is this? I wish there were a woman code where we could use a secret code where doctors and nurses know that one of the parents is not supportive. :/

They are finally at an urgent care. For now, I asked her to ask doctors for suggestions on what to do in various scenarios so that her partner would not stop the proper treatment.
