Arch introduces fun things like the following.

>hyprland devs roll a new release
>hyprutils gets upgraded on the package
>oh whoops we found out the hyprutils is broken so we're retracting it for a day while we fix it
>-Syu now doesn't work without blacklisting hyprland
>okay everything is fixed now, unfortunately since you tried to -Syu while the packages were fucked you are now stuck in a dependency loop and can't upgrade or remove anything
>now you have to surgically -Rdd hyprpolkit and hyprutils and rm their remaining files so they dont stick you in another dependency loop
>NOW you can update and reinstall hyprutils and the polkit
